Burglary, Main street, Kirk Smeaton 14/11/25

A burglary occurred at a property on Main street in Kirk Smeaton on 14/11/25. Local enquiries and CCTV show the time stamp to be around 20:10hrs.

Three unknown offenders forced entry to the property which is occupied sporadically by causing damage to a rear patio door. They have been captured on CCTV to be inside the address and wearing masks/ face coverings at the time of the offence.

Police investigation is on-going with particular interest in any vehicle(s) that the offenders may have been using.

Please can we request that CCTV, ring doorbell and / or dash cam footage is checked and if anything of note is captured of suspicious persons, activity and / or vehicles around the time frame, to report any information to NYP on  Tel 101 quoting ref 12250215595
